Appointment booking policy.
Online appointments are currently available only for oil changes, wheel alignments, and smog checks. Please call the shop for every other service.
Appointment lead time
- Online appointments require at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
- Same-day availability may be possible by calling 949-443-9701.
Confirmation
Online bookings are appointment requests and may require confirmation by shop staff.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- Appointments may be rescheduled online based on availability.
- To cancel, contact the shop directly as soon as possible. Online cancellation is not currently available.
Arrival time
Please arrive on time. Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled based on workload and technician availability.
Terms
- Appointment time is reserved for the requested service.
- Additional repairs, inspections, or diagnosis may require more time or a different date.
- Completion times vary with vehicle condition, parts availability, and shop workload.
- The shop may reschedule because of staffing, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Scheduling acknowledges these terms.
